I’m offering fun Zoom yoga and strength classes, all from the comfort of your home.

FREE Zoom Mind Body class is back we are now on Tuesdays at 12:15 PM January dates are 11th and 25th.  This 30 minutes class incorporates a variety of stress reduction techniques including breath work, gentle movement and yoga poses, affirmations and visualizations.

Gentle Yoga Tuesdays at 5:30 PM This 45 minute yoga is great for beginners or anyone who wants a slower paced more relaxing class. $8 per class.

Total Body Strength class Wednesdays at 9:30 AM. $8 per class. Work all major muscle groups in this 45 minute class. Balance work is also included.

Contact me with the class or classes you would like to attend and I can send you the release form and an invoice for the paid classes to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or a check.


All classes below are offered through the Park and Recreation Center Wolfe Park 3700 Monterey Drive St. Louis Park, MN 55416. Socially distanced space and masks required. Drop in for $10 strength and $15 for yoga.

New class Meditative Mondays – Monday 5 PM the next session starts week of 1/10. Class is very spaced out in the Rec Center banquet room.  Very gentle stretching and a variety of meditation techniques and visualizations for stress reduction will be covered.

Express Stations Workout – Monday 6 PM and Thursday 8:30 AM the next session starts week of 1/10. Class is very spaced out in the Rec Center banquet room. Workout stations will be set up to use all the major muscle groups, improve balance and reaction time in a effective fun workout. Please bring one set of handheld weights or you can use a band. You can purchase a band from me for $5.

All Levels Yoga – Thursday 9:30 AM the next session starts the week of 1/15.  This 45 minute class incorporates breathwork, meditation and yoga poses. Hatha and vinyasa style yoga with restorative poses. Build strength, balance, flexibility and reduce stress. This session we are in a cozy building with a fireplace. Class size limited to ensure spacing. Please bring a mat.
