A friend shared this recipe from paleoleap.com about a year ago. I wish I would have made it sooner. This was one of the best healthy substitute carb recipes I have ever tried. You just have to be careful to not over process the cauliflower. We made four pizza crusts and added toppings. Just bake the pizza another ten minutes until the cheese is melted. We added chopped green peppers, onions and mozzarella cheese, two had mushrooms and two had black olives and crushed red peppers.
